7. Customer Service

7.1 Customers experiencing issues or having inquiries can contact the App's customer support through the designated channels.

7.2 The customer support team will strive to address concerns promptly and efficiently.

8. Account Security

8.1 Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.

8.2 Report any unauthorised use of the account to the App's customer support immediately.

9. Termination
